Daniel Meyer is a Mortgage Advisor with US Lending Company, serving clients across California with a focus on Northern California. He specializes in helping buyers make smart, strategic home financing decisions—not just getting them approved.

Daniel works with clients in three stages: before, during, and after the transaction. Before the purchase, he helps build a clear strategy around affordability, loan structure, and how to write strong, competitive offers. During the transaction, he focuses on execution—delivering a smooth process, clear communication, and on-time closings. After closing, he continues to advise clients on long-term mortgage strategy, including refinancing opportunities and debt optimization.

He is known for his straightforward communication, problem-solving approach, and ability to simplify complex financial decisions so clients can move forward with confidence.

Having spent most of his life in Northern California, Daniel has a strong appreciation for the local market and the people in it. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and exploring the outdoors throughout Northern California.
