ABOUT Olivia

My name is Olivia McClellan. I am NorCal-raised. Trinity, Shasta, and Humboldt have all been places I’ve called home. I recently relocated back to Redding to be closer to family and am so excited to be a part of the US Lending family.

I am a mother to two boys, a wife, and I enjoy baking for my family. I started my working journey in the hospitality industry, and the need to help folks and get things done the right way became my passion.

There is nothing I love more than setting up my homebuyers and homeowners for success, truly helping them understand the process and being there for them even after the deal closes. I strongly believe in educating my clients, answering your questions, and never pushing or pressuring. My biggest goal is to help you make the right decision for you.

I have been in the mortgage scene for 10+ years and licensed for 3, having worked every position on my way to loan originator. This has provided a level of knowledge and skill to get you from conversation to closing.

I’m well-versed in a broad range of products, from private money and non-QM to government and regular conventional loans. I’m your girl to get to the finish line and still answer your call after the fact.
